BASIC COURSE 

To get started with CrossFit at RCV everyone starts with the Basic Course, a 3 week introductory course to CrossFit. There we teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and how to perform them correctly, safely and efficiently. The course is 3 weeks, consisting of 3, 1 hour classes each week. Everyone can do the Basic Course at Reebok CrossFit Valens. Our coaches will guide you through this journey and help you every step of the way.

REGULAR CLASSES 

After the Basic Course you are ready for the regular classes. Each day we have up to eight classes that you can choose from, setting you up for success. That way you can always find time for CrossFit in your schedule.

Our goal is that everyone can have fun during the class and leave the gym feeling a little bit better every time you come. 

 

TEEN CLASSES

Our teen classes are specifically designed for 12-16 year old teens. The main focus is always on technique and teaching the correct movement patterns. Reebok CrossFit Valens provides a safe, fun and encouraging environment for young people, helping them to feel better in everyday life. This is the perfect addition to every teenager’s life, regardless of their fitness level.
