Our Story

CrossFit Valens opened its doors in 2012 with a clear mission: to offer the best possible fitness experience to everyone, regardless of age or experience level. More than a decade later, that mission hasn't changed — but the community around it has grown into something special.

We're located in the heart of Luxembourg at 22 Rue Christophe Plantin, Gasperich. We're a certified CrossFit affiliate and proud to be one of Luxembourg's most established boxes.

What We Stand For

At Valens, we believe fitness should be challenging, fun, and above all, inclusive. We built this box on four core principles: fitness, community, accountability, and integrity — and you'll feel all four the moment you walk in.

CrossFit Valens is not just a place to work out. It's a place where people push each other, show up for each other, and celebrate each other's progress. Our members range from complete beginners to competitive athletes, and everyone belongs here.
